Spinach Florentine Quiche

preheat oven to 375°F

cook spinach and bacon ahead of time

combine eggs, half and half, spinach, mozzarella, seasoning, and swiss in food processor or bowl, stir until well incorporated

line the bottom of pie crust with slight layer of cheddar cheese before pouring in the egg mixture

bake pie for 45 to 60 mins, until the egg mixture is set all the way through
- 6
once the quiche is set, sprinkle the crumbled bacon, sprinkle remaing cheese over that
