Ingredients

  1. 6 largeeggs
  2. 1 1/2 cuphalf and half
  3. 1salt - optional
  4. 1onion powder - optional
  5. 1celery salt - optional
  6. 2 cupCooked chopped spinach
  7. 1 lbbacon, cooked/crumbled
  8. 1/2 cupshredded swiss cheese
  9. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  10. 1 tbspmozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    cook spinach and bacon ahead of time

  3. 3

    combine eggs, half and half, spinach, mozzarella, seasoning, and swiss in food processor or bowl, stir until well incorporated

  4. 4

    line the bottom of pie crust with slight layer of cheddar cheese before pouring in the egg mixture

  5. 5

    bake pie for 45 to 60 mins, until the egg mixture is set all the way through

  6. 6

    once the quiche is set, sprinkle the crumbled bacon, sprinkle remaing cheese over that
