Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 2eggs
  2. 3 cupsrice
  3. 3Fresh pepper
  4. 1big Onion
  5. 2ckap Vegetable oil
  6. 2 cubesMaggi
  7. Salt
  8. 1 teaspoonCurry
  9. 1/2teaapoon Nut meg
  10. 1 sachettomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs for 3minutes and allow to cool before peeling off the back.

    Cut the onion,fresh pepper.

  3. 3

    Fry the onion in hot vegetable oil for 20seconds.cut open the tomato paste and add.

  4. 4

    Stir very well and fry both for 5minutes.

    Add a cup of water and boil then add salt,fresh pepper,curry,nut meg and maggi cube.

    Parboil the rice for 12-15minutes.wash and pour inside the boiling sauce turn very well then add more water and cover to boil.

    After 10minutes add the last maggi cube and more salt if necessary then check if is done.if not cover again and turn very well when is done.

  8. 8

    Cut the eggs into two and serve with the rice.
