Banana Bread

I made this recipe for anyone who wants to know how to make banana bread. I think this recipe is very special to me because, I love baking, especially at such a young age and my family and friends love this recipe so I just decided to share online to see what you guys think of the banana bread... I hope you love it!!!

Do you ever end up with a bunch of overripe bananas sitting on your counter at the end of the week? 🤓This Classic Banana Bread is perfectly light sweet, moist, and full of flavor! Perfect for breakfast or dessert! You can use brown sugar instead of white (which makes a denser, moister bread).

Since school started today I decided to bake some banana bread for my kids so they can pack it for snack and lunch or eat it for breakfast!

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.

Great recipe given to me by a friend. Successfully tested and tried!

For those days, I've started baking my own.Banana bread is very simple to make, and this recipe is very straightforward, though I've added my own twist by baking the bananas with sugar first to add a little caramelization and bring out the banana's aroma.Hope you enjoy!

Try this recipe if you have a pair of left over bananas - those which are overly ripe and the skins have slightly darkened. The quantity is enough for a 20x10x5 pan.
