  1. 2 slicebread
  2. 1egg
  3. 150 mlsemi skimmed milk
  4. 1 dashvanilla essence
  5. 1 tspbutter
  6. 1 tbspsalted caramel
  7. 1banana
  8. 2 tspraisins

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg and vanilla extract with the milk in a shallow bowl.

    Heat a small amount of butter in a saucepan on medium heat.

  3. 3

    Dip each side of bread into the eggy milk mixture, but don't soak bread.

  4. 4

    Fry each side of the bread until golden. Add extra eggy milk mixture if needed.

  5. 5

    Melt salted caramel till it reaches silky texture.

  6. 6

    Once bread is golden. Serve immediately and drizzle salted caramel over top. Add banana slices and raisins on top for extra zazzle. Enjoy!
