heat pan very hot add soy sauce and wine add chicken

cook noodles in soy sauce and water for time recommended on box

when noodles are done pour off 3/4 cup of soy sauce water, drain noodles take 3 breast cut in half long ways dice it put back in pan add noodles and reserved soy sauce water simmer and serve

note I cooked four more breast in this sauce till done for peanut butter coconut milk chicken

This is my own creation. I learned to cook noodles and rice separate when adding to soups so they don't absorb all the liquids and/or get mushy. ( Instant pot instructions in last step )

I picked up some of these yellow noodles and veggies and decided to make a stir fry. I learned this method a long time ago. The noodles are interchangeable. You can use white flat noodles too. It’s really nice if you have a prep cook who can chop all the veggies and peel shrimp... it’s always good to have dreams, right? Once the prep work is done, the dish moves right along.
