Ingredients

  1. 1corned beef brisket
  2. 6 mediumred potatos
  3. 2onions
  4. 2 tbspcorn starch
  5. 1 tspkosher salt
  6. 1water

Cooking Instructions

    Place corned beef brisket in large crock pot

  2. 2

    Add water until brisket is completely covered

  3. 3

    Cook on high 4-6 hours

  4. 4

    Once cooked through, remove brisket from crock pot to cool, leaving water

  5. 5

    Dice potatoes and onion and boil for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    While potatoes are cooking, dissolve corn starch in a 1 tbsp of warm water and add to crock pot, mix well

  7. 7

    Finely chop corned beef

  8. 8

    Drain water from potatoes and onions

  9. 9

    Add meat, potatoes, and salt to water mixture in crock pot

  10. 10

    I like to turn it on low for about an hour for all the ingredients to soak up seasoning, but it can be eaten immediately
