Ingredients

  1. 1corned beef
  2. 1 packagesseasoning from the meat package
  3. 1water
  4. 1 headcabbage
  5. 3/4 lbbaby red potatoes
  6. 12 ozpackage of petite baby carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Put the corned beef in the crock pot sprinkle with the seasoning that came with the meat. Fill the crock pot with water to cover the beef.

    Wash then cut the cabbage into quarters. Put the cabbage into the crock pot. If you prefer your cabbage not as soft you can allow your meat to cook for a few hours (about 2 or 3) then add your cabbage. Set your crock pot on high. For 8 hours. 10 hours if you like the corned beef shredding.

    When you have about 3.5 hours left add the potatoes and carrots.

    Take everything out, slice the meat and serve. Salt and pepper as needed. ENJOY

8 hours for a sliced roast, and 10 for shredded, correct?

I'm a 53 year old mother who raised 4 children, dinner was an important part of our day we talked about everything so I loved trying to make things everyone would want to eat. Baking was always something that gave me quality time with my children and now I enjoy baking with my grandchildren. Dinner now is only for two ( me and my husband ) but I still enjoy planing out meals. Hope everyone enjoys :-)
