    Mix dry items in a bowl

    In a separate bowl, beat eggs and combine other wet ingredients.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix.

    Pre-heat skillet and grease with vegetable shortening.

    pour 1/4 cup of batter on skillet and cook until browned and flip

    Serve hot with favorite pancake topping
