Classic Sardines on Toast

Classic British lunch time snack that my Londoner mother use to make for us when we were kids & I still enjoy on cold days.
Cooking Instructions

Lightly toast your bread.

Remove half of your tinned sardines with a fork & distribute them evenly on the two slices of bread,gently mashing them.

Take a tiny amount of the oil from the tin with a teaspoon & drizzle it over the mashed sardines
- 4
Place under the grill on medium/high for 2-3 minutes.

Cut into triangles & enjoy!
