Ingredients

  1. bread, fish
  2. 1/2Tinned sardines in sunflower/olive oil
  3. 2 sliceWhite bread

Cooking Instructions

    Lightly toast your bread.

    Remove half of your tinned sardines with a fork & distribute them evenly on the two slices of bread,gently mashing them.

  3. 3

    Take a tiny amount of the oil from the tin with a teaspoon & drizzle it over the mashed sardines

  4. 4

    Place under the grill on medium/high for 2-3 minutes.

    Cut into triangles & enjoy!
