Something quick and savory and a bit sweet cooked in less than 15 minutes (with prep!). Made this for my kids' lunch today. A big hit!
Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry red onion and ground garlic for about 5 minutes.

Add the beef tongue and stir until well combined. Add grape juice and continue stirring from time to time.

When the water has evaporated a bit, taste it. Add grape juice or a pinch of salt according to your preference.

We like to eat this with rice, but I think it'll be nice for sandwich and pasta, too.

To be honest I have no idea how much beef I used but it served 4 and it was great! I've made this so many times already and never paid attention to how much I used of everything, I go free style on most of the things I make, so anyways you can add more or less of all this depending on what you like.
