  • 1 cupgurh
  • 2 pinchgreen cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ham ek heavy bootam pan or wok lenge and use gas par low flame per rekh denge.

    Now isme murmure daal kar 2 se 3 mint.ke liye roast kar lenge and murmure ko ek plate main nikal lenge

  3. 3

    Now another pan ko gas par medium to low flame per rekhenge.

  4. 4

    Now isme gurh daal kar continiosly stir kerte huye gurh ko melt hone tak coock kar lenge.and jab gurh acche se melt ho jayega tab ham ek bowl main water main gurh ke syrup ko dal kar cheq kar lenge ydi gurh ka syrup water main daalne per failta nahi hain means ek jageh par ikeheetha ho jaye.mean syrup ready hain.

    Now isme murmure daal kar nicely mix kar denge and gas ko off kar denge.

    Now light hot mixture se hand par water ki help se leddu bana lenge.

  7. 7

    Now is ready to eat tasty and healthy murmre leddu.keep enjoy it. Happy coocking.

    Note murmure leddu ko ko air tight dibbe main rekh kar 2 se 3 month ke liye rekh kar khaya ja skta hain.
