Ingredients

  1. 4Squid tubes cleaned and tentacles removed
  2. 100 gramsPrawns chopped
  3. 1 tspGarlic cloves minced
  4. 1/4 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1/4 tspMixed Italian herbs
  6. 1 tspPepper powder
  7. 1 tbspBread crumbs
  8. 1 tbspChopped coriander
  9. 1Salt
  10. 1/2 tbspButter
  11. sauce
  12. 1 cupWhite wine
  13. 1 tbspTomato salsa/ marinara sauce of your choice
  14. 1Salt
  15. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  16. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Add butter in a non stick pan.add garlic and prawns with chilli flakes, Italian herbs and pepper powder. Once the prawn is cooked , add salt, coriander and bread crumbs.

    Fill the prawn filling in squid tubes. Seal with a toothpick.

    Heat oil in non stick pan.add the stuffed squids and cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook else it turns rubbery.

    For sauce: in pan add white wine and a cup if water.wait for liquid to reduce to half..then add tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve the squids with this prepared sauce.
