All in One Noodle Dinner

Just an experiment that turned out well! If you want to freeze it for later, I wouldn't add the cheese until you heat it back up. Each serving is about 410 calories.

All in one pan Chicken dinner All in one pan Chicken dinner
This has to be the easiest way to make a full meal all at once! I used 4 breasts and 8 thighs here. I didn't have the italian seasoning mix so I used 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix and coated the chicken and another pack to toss the potatoes in, did that in gallon baggies then laid it out in the dish covered and baked for 1 1/2 hours. Cheap Quick Ramen Noodle Meal Cheap Quick Ramen Noodle Meal
On a tight budget, looking for a quick dinner recipe and had most ingredients on hand. I have seen people do many different things with Ramen to make meals out of and use it as base for other recipes. I myself have done a similar dish using ground beef but I wanted something cheaper than ground beef & I thought pork sausage would be splendid with pork Ramen. Breakfast sausage was on sale at my grocer & I have never seen anyone use breakfast sausage before. It turned out very tasty, my entire family enjoyed it so figured I'd share:-) Crystal Johnson
