Ever feel kinda blah, blah, and blah? There is nothing like a nice bowl of soup to open a nice day of cheer. The buttery tasting soup on top of the noodles and the nutty flavor of pecorino romano cheese, is a mouthful of happiness!!!

Ever feel kinda blah, blah, and blah? There is nothing like a nice bowl of soup to open a nice day of cheer. The buttery tasting soup on top of the noodles and the nutty flavor of pecorino romano cheese, is a mouthful of happiness!!!

Start melting the butter. Salt the chicken add to the pot and cover with the water. Add spices to the pot. Lightly salt the carrots and cauliflower, vegetables.

Gather the ingredients. Chop half the corn leaving it on the cob. Add to the pot.

As the soup is cooking, remove the corn from the other two cobs and add to the pot. Dice the potatoes and remove the chicken from the bones. Save the chicken skin for another recipe.

Add both types of green beans and English peas. Stir into soup and allow to simmer.

Cook the the pasta.

Adjust seasonings. The soup should be done add pasta to a bowl serve soup and cheese on top. I hope you enjoy.
