I been away in my lovely country Philippines for months now and i miss pinoy foods. So i make some pinoy style cook at home with twist taste on it. Because i dont have complete ingridients same pinoy food style so i used some ingredients here to make it taste like pinoy one!

Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken meat breast
  2. 1 piecebig Carrot
  3. 3 piecepotato
  4. 1one stem of celery
  5. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  6. light soy sauce
  7. white pepper powder
  8. 1half slice of yellow onion
  9. 3 clovegarlic
  10. 2 tspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Peel and slice carrot and potato into half an inch. Cut the chicken meat into small piece

    In a pan heat an oil and saute all veggies half cook.

    In the same pan, saute garlic and onion then add chicken saute until light brown and add tomato sauce, veggies and mixed it well. Season it with soy sauce and pepper. Cook for 35 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice and enjoy!
