Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsboneless shoulder pork meat
  2. 1bg frozen peas
  3. 1 pkglittle smokies
  4. 1bg deveined, tail off uncooked shrimp
  5. 3red potatoes (quartered)
  6. 1medium yellow onion
  7. 2 tspsalt
  8. 2 tsppepper
  9. 4 clovesminced garlic
  10. 2 tbspcooking oil
  11. 1 (26 oz)can tomato sauce
  12. 3 cupsbeef broth

Cooking Instructions

    Start by heating your cooking oil in the bottom of a stew pot to medium heat. Add chopped onion & minced garlic til translucent.

    Add cubed pork & uncooked shrimp to pot. Cook til pork is lightly browned & shrimp is lightly pink. So for about 8mins

  3. 3

    Once done add the beef broth & tomato sauce. Let boil for 45-60mins.

    Once done boiling add potatoes, peas & smokies. Cook for another 10-15 mins. Serve & enjoy!
