Ingredients

4 serving
  1. Ukazi
  2. 1/2 kgEgusi
  3. 1/2 kgMeat
  4. 2cooking spoon Ofo
  5. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  6. 6big Fresh pepper
  7. 3cooking spoon Red oil
  8. 3 cubesMaggi
  9. Salt
  10. 1small bulb Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast the egusi seeds in a frying for 5minutes with constant stirring.boil the meat and stockfish with onion,maggi cubes and salt till is chewable.

    Allow to cool then blend.place a dry pot on fry pour in red oil bleach for 3minutes then pour in the egusi.

    Stir with spartula as is frying to avoid burning.put the meat and stockfish with the stock.

    Add more water for the soup and boil but not cover as is boiling sprinkle the ofo and stir.

    Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper,maggi cubes then add salt.leave it to boil for a longer time like 10minutes.

    I bought the ukazi leaves already sliced in the market pound it in a mortar for just 3minutes lightly.

    Add the ukazi leaves stir and boil for 2minutes is done.
