Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 250 gmpoha
  2. 2potato chopped
  3. 2onion chopped
  4. 2-3green chilli
  5. 1 cuppeanut
  6. 10-12curry leaves
  7. 2-3 tbspOil
  8. 1 tspmustard seed
  9. 1 tspcumin seed
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 1 tspsugar(optional)
  13. 1lemon
  14. Coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    First Soaked the poha

    Heat the pan /kadai roast the peanut for one min

  3. 3

    Then in same add oil after that add mustard seed,cumin seeds after crackle of seeds

  4. 4

    Then add onion, green chilli,chopped potato and curry leaves stir fry till light brown colour

  5. 5

    After that add turmeric powder then add soaked poha,salt,sugar mix it well cover with lid cook for 2-3 min in low to medium flame

  6. 6

    After that squeeze half lemon and add roasted peanuts mix it well

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Serve hot
