Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cuppoha(flattened rice
  • 1big size onion
  • 1 tbsppeanut
  • 1.1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tspHing
  • 1/2 tspGrated ginger
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 10-12Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tspRai
  • 1/2 tbspRaisins
  • roasted cashewnuts as ur choice
  • Vegetable..Optional as ur taste(blanched,if potato.then. Should fry)
  • 1.1/2 tbspOil
  • 1/4 tspPepper powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    1st wash poha well drain the excess water.add little beat salt, pepper powder,sugar, lemmonjuice

  2. 2

    Take a kadhai heaOil,when oil warm nicely add rains curry leaves

  3. 3

    After cracking the tadka add chopped onion cook till like translucent.

  4. 4

    Add green chilli and ginger cook for a min add salt and turmeric powder cook again for a min

  5. 5

    At that time add roasted peanuts and poha cover with a lid for 2 min..Add raisins and cashewnuts mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish in ur own style ready for serve

  7. 7

    Serve with cool bel sharabat
