Take a kadhai heaOil,when oil warm nicely add rains curry leaves

Add green chilli and ginger cook for a min add salt and turmeric powder cook again for a min

At that time add roasted peanuts and poha cover with a lid for 2 min..Add raisins and cashewnuts mix well.

Garnish in ur own style ready for serve
