Ingredients

  1. 225 gramsall purpose flour
  2. 100 gramssugar (powdered or fine)
  3. 115 gramsunsaltrd butter (1stick)
  4. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  5. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  6. 2egg yolks
  7. 3 teaspoonsginger powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks.

    Mix well.

    Sift all dry ingredients and add to earlier mixture spoon by spoon

  4. 4

    Make a workable dough

  5. 5

    Roll dough to about 6 mm thickness. Cut with round cutter.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degree F. (190 degree C) till top becomes golden brown.

    Remove from oven and put them on cooling rack for about 10 minutes.

  8. 8

    Serve anytime.
