Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1egg white, lightly beaten
  3. 1 packageHidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix (1 oz)
  4. 1 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1 tsponion powder
  6. 1 tspitalian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300 F

  2. 2

    Spray baking pan with cooking spray

  3. 3

    dip chicken in egg white, pat seasoning onto chicken

  4. 4

    Bake for about 1 hour, until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more.
