Ingredients

  1. 4bone-in chicken breasts
  2. 1 packagesHidden Valley dried ranch seasoning
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  6. 1canola oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Toss chicken with enough oil to coat. Season. Pat seasoning lightly into chicken. Roast at 300° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165°

    Variations; Dried oregano, bacon seasoning, bacon fat, paprika, smoked paprika, ground celery seed, diced crispy bacon, applewood seasoning
