Moong daal pancakes(chilla) with salad filling

Cooking Instructions

Wash moong dal and then grind moong daal, ginger and green chilli to a fine paste

Add hing, salt and red chilli powder to it..mix and keep aside

Grate radish, carrot and beetroot...add chopped coriander leaves and black pepper to it...

Heat griddle...pour little batter on it...spread it like dosa...drizzle little oil on it

Once done from one side flip it and let it roast a bit

Then put salad filling in between and fold from both sides halfway and roast a bit

Your yummy and healthy pancake is ready to relish...ENJOY

Serve with coriander mint chutney...
