Stir Fried Beef and Vegetable Rice Bowl Stir Fried Beef and Vegetable Rice Bowl
I ordered this once at a restaurant for lunch and it was pretty good, so I tried making it myself. In our house we like very light flavors, so the sauce we pour on the rice is just 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar plus salt and pepper. If you prefer it more concentrated, increase the amount of soy sauce and sugar.I've never use measuring spoons, so when I measure, the flavor is slightly different each time. Fried Beef Sausage with Potato Pancakes Fried Beef Sausage with Potato Pancakes
YUMMO!! Usually use a fry pan for both of these, but decided to try the deep dish bake pan from the Foreman Evolve System. Worked great. Had a bowl - which was used to make the potatoes in and to mix ingredients, the deep dish pan, a plate and utensils......cant ask for easier clean up. I did use beef sausage, as I really don't do pork. Add what you like to it, onions, garlic, chives, cheese, etc. Sheila Calnan -

This is my family's favorite croquette recipe and I've received compliments that they taste store-bought.You can freeze the croquettes at Step 7. Put the croquettes separately in the freezer first for about an hour. After the surface has dried, put in a freezer bag and freeze. Now you can have hot croquettes whenever you like. They still taste good even after they have cooled, so they're suitable for your lunch box too. Potatoes Topped With Beef Potatoes Topped With Beef
I had a dish like this at an izakaya (Japanese gastropub) and I thought it looked delicious. (I wanted to eat it but I was already full...) I remembered it and wanted to eat it, so I just made something that looks like what I saw. I just guessed about the flavor.Step 1: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise (I also took a small slice off the bottom so that the pieces would sit straight on the plate.)The potatoes are cooked with their skins on. For 6 pieces. Recipe by annnnn cookpad.japan
