Boil the gizzard for 15minutes with onion,Stock cubes,Salt,ginger and 2 piece of fresh pepper.

Blend the fresh pepper with onion,ginger boil it very well.add the stock cubes
- 3
Rinse and slice the carrots and green pepper.fry all the blended things then pour in the gizzard and stir for 5minutes.
- 4
Stick the gizzard with carrots and green pepper.
