  1. 1 cupSemolina/suji -
  2. Gramflour/besan - 1 cup
  3. 1 cupCurd -
  4. 2 cupWater -
  5. 1/2 bowlFinely chopped capsicum -
  6. 1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli -
  7. 1 tspGrated ginger -
  8. 1tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  9. to tasteSalt -
  10. 2 tbspOil -

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add curd and water and beat it.

    Add semolina,gram flour and salt and mix well.
    Now

    Now heat oil in a pan and spread the mixture over it.

  4. 4

    Flip it when it turns little red.

  5. 5

    Your semolina and gram flour cheela is ready to eat.

  6. 6

    Repeat the same process with rest of the batter
