Ingredients

  1. 300 gbelly pork (sliced)
  2. 1rice bowl ginger shreds
  3. 6 tbspsesame oil
  4. Seasoning:
  5. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 1/2 tbspdark soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspsugar
  8. 1/2 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add sesame oil into pot. Sauté ginger shreds till golden. Dish up.

  2. 2

    Leave a trace of sesame oil in the wok. Fry pork slices well. Add seasoning. Keep on stir-frying and cover for 20 mins. For normal pot, please add in some water.
