  3. Salt per taste
  4. 1packetButtermilk
  5. Oil to grease

Cooking Instructions

    First take suji add buttermilk and keep for rest for at least 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Then add eno, salt and mix with little water then in Idli moulds grease with little oil and steam the Idli batter for 10 to 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Your suji soft Idli is ready
