Steps

Take suji add dahi mix well and keep for 10-15 minutes.

Chop onion, green capsicum and carrot.

Take kadhai put oil jeera hing and put chopped onion and saute till golden brown add all veggies and spices

Make like pattice or keep as it is.

Take idli stand grease it, add water in the batter and pinch of eno mix well and put batter in the stand and steam it, take it out and cut into two halves

Put the idli with the pattice and put it on tawa and put butter on it's sides and let it cook.

Cut into two halves and serve with chutney or sauce.
