Cooking Instructions

Add besan,rice flour to the onions and mix.

Add salt to taste, chilli powder,ajwain, turmeric,soda and mix.

Now while mixing if you need some water you can add for binding.

Heat oil in deep pan.

Start putting bhajiyas with hand directly in oil.Keep flame on medium.

Fry till golden brown.And take out on tissue paper.
- 7
Fry some green chillies separately and keep.
- 8
Eat hot Kanda bhajji along with chillies.
- 9
