As a Warri pikin, banga soup has always been one of my favorite. And i can assure you, fish suits banga soup more compared to meat for me.

Cooking Instructions

Wash boil and pound the palm fruit then add water and sieve out juice
- 2
Then pour the juice in a pot and boil, add the diced onions and beletientien leaves
- 3
Let it boil until the banga is almost thick, than add dry pepper and banga spices
- 4
Put in the presalted fish
- 5
Add seasoning and salt
- 6
And cover to cook until the fish is cooked
