Cooking Instructions

    Cut yams in smaller cubes, pour water to cover yam, add salt and granulated sugar. you can leave out the sugar but it makes yam tastier

    Cut vegetables including onions and set aside.

    When yam is done, sieve off water.

    In a dry pot, make the sauce for the yam. Pour palm oil, add onions, pepper, crayfish, seasoning cubes and the ugba.

    Stir fry for a few minutes. Taste to see if salt is needed. Adjust taste accordingly

    Pour in yam into the boiling sauce. Let it boil all together for 3 minutes.

    Add the vegetables and turn off heat. Enjoy!
