Ingredients

  1. For sheet :
  2. 1/2 kgmaida
  3. 125 gmoil or ghee
  4. 1 tspajwain
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. For stuffing :
  7. 6-8boiled potato
  8. 4-5chopped green chilli
  9. 1/2 tspjeera
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  14. as neededChopped green coriander
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix salt, ajwain and oil in maida and make a bread crumbs like add water in batches and knead a stiff dough

    Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 mins

    Heat oil in a pan and add jeera as it sputter add green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mashed potato

    Mix it well and add salt, garam masala and dry mango powder

  5. 5

    Mix it nicely and at last add chopped coriander and let it cool

  6. 6

    Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a thin roti cut it into half

  7. 7

    Apply water on edges and fold it like cone

  8. 8

    Stuff potato in it and seal it by pressing it

  9. 9

    Make all the samosa like this

  10. 10

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry samosa at medium flame

  11. 11

    Enjoy it with green chutney or sauce
