Cooking Instructions

Firstly soak Bengal gram in warm water

Cut thin and length wise 6-7 big size onion.

Add gram flour and 2 spoon rice flour
- 4
Add all spices, masalea and add lentils, mix nicely. Make thick batter.

Now heat oil and pour batter in tikki shaped
- 6
Fry golden brown.
- 7
Finally our fritters are ready.. Serve hot sprinkle on it chaat masala and sauce
