Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsstew beef, seared
  2. 8 cupsbeef stock
  3. 4 cupschopped celery
  4. 1whole white onion, chopped
  5. 4 clovesgarlic, sliced
  6. 10 oz.baby spinach
  7. 10 oz.kale
  8. 1 cupfrozen peas
  9. 1 tsp.garlic paste
  10. 2 tbs.tomato paste
  11. 1 tbs.smoke house pepper
  12. 2 tbs.black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Bring beef stock to a simmer. Add celery, garlic, onion, tomato paste garlic paste, smokehouse pepper, black pepper.

    Sear stew beef on a very hot surface, browning all sides. Add to stock.

    Add baby spinach, kale, and frozen peas.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 30 mins. Remove from heat. Enjoy.
