Super Steak - Very easy and yummy

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 inch (300 g)thick tenderloin
  2. salt
  3. pepper
  4. olive oil
  5. garlic
  6. Thyme, oregano, rosemary (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Take out meat from fridge let it reach room temperature.
    Put lots of salt both sides.
    Depends on marble of your steak... usually 1 hour is good enough.

    Rinse all the salt. PAT DRY with paper towel or any clean towel.

    Put pepper, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, anything you like and little salt if you prefer...let it rest for another 20 minutes.

    Heat up your pan. Put olive oil in. Wait till u see little smoke. Put your steak in. Time depends on thickness and your flame.. practice and take notes of your timing.
    2 inch usually 3 minutes each side gets you medium rare.
    2 inch 5 minutes each side will be medium well.
    2 inch 7minutes each side well done.

    Take off from your pan. Put on your plate cover it with bowl let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes...

    Notes: For side you can use french fries and mixed veggies onion corn broccoli or use extra sauce mushroom sauce or simple buy steak sauce 😆
