Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsgrinded Ogbono
  2. 1 cupUgba
  3. 1wrap Okpei
  4. Salt
  5. 2 cupsPalmoil
  6. 2Knorr seasoning
  7. 1 cupgrinded Crayfish
  8. 4 piecesFresh pepper
  9. 2big Smoked fish
  10. leavesHanddul Uziza

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Debone the smoked fish,rinse with salt and water.

  2. 2

    Bleach palmoil and fry grinded ogbono in it with constant stirring so that it won't get burnt.

    Poir in water and boil with the pot not covered.Boil for 20-25minutes to make sure the ogbono boils very well.

    Blend okpei,crayfish and fresh pepper pour them in and boil for another 10-15minutes.

    Salt,knorr seasoning and smoked fish stir.

  6. 6

    Rinse and slice the uziza leaves and pour in the soup and stir.

  7. 7

    Turn off the heat.
