Ingredients

  1. 2 sliceYam
  2. 1big Titus fish
  3. 2Carrots
  4. 1Green pepper
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. HandfulGreen peas
  7. 1Onion
  8. 2Stock cubes
  9. PinchThyme
  10. 1/4 teaspoonCurry

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the yam,boil with water and salt till is soft and drain the water.

  2. 2

    Cut and rinse the fish boil for 5minutes with onion,thyme,curry,stock cube and salt.

  3. 3

    Mash the boiled fish and select out the tail. Heat up vegetable oil and put in onion,carrots,green pepper,mashed fish,green peas,salt,stock cube.

    Stir for 3minutes add salt and curry and bring down after 2minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with the boiled yam
