Ingredients

1hr.
3 adults
  1. 250 gGoat meat
  2. 50 gStock fish(ear)
  3. 3Seasoning cubes
  4. 2Medium Onions
  5. 2attarugu
  6. Small ginger
  7. 1ball dadawa
  8. 2 tablespoonsground crayfish
  9. 1quarter tin(milk) P.oil
  10. HandfulShrimps
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 200 gOkro
  13. 1 handfulUkazi leaves
  14. Small green onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash goat meat, put into pot, add in washed stock fish. Season and add a cup of water, set on fire and allow to cook till tender.

    Prepare all ingredients

    Pound dadawa, ginger, pepper and onions.

  4. 4

    Back to meat on fire, add the ground pepper mix, crayfish, P.oil. Add in water and cover pot, allow to boil for 5mins.

    Once boiled, add in green onions, shrimps and Ukazi. Allow to cook for 2mins.

    Add in Okro, stir very well and leave to cook for 3mins. And Soup is ready.

    For tuwo Set pot of a liter of water on fire and allow to boil very well. Wash Shinkafa tuwo(rice for tuwo)

    Pour rice for tuwo into boiling water, stir a bit and allow to cook till tender. Once cooked, mix well to mould tuwo. Serve with soup and enjoy.
