Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpeas
  2. 150 gmpaneer
  3. 1/4 bowlmalai or cream
  4. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt according
  7. 1/4 tsp Gram masala
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. as neededKasuri methi
  10. 1 pinchHing /asafoetida
  11. 10-15cashew nuts and almonds
  12. 5-6tomatoes water as required
  13. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  14. as neededOil or ghee for tadka
  15. 2-3green chilli
  16. 1 medium sized piece of ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Take cooker keep on flame add oil or ghee add cumin seeds. And add grind mixture of tomatoes,all the spices, Saute well cook for 4-5 min. Add malai or cream. Cook again 2-3 min.

    Firstly take tomatoes, cashew, almonds,green chilli and ginger mix and griend well.

    At last add peas,and water mix well.wait for 2-3 wishtle. Take paneer cut into Square shape shallow fried in ghee or oil.after peas proper cook add paneer. Cook again 3-4 min. Put kasuri methi. Matar paneer is ready.
