NO ONION NO GARLIC Paneer Tikka Masala

Cooking Instructions

Chop Paneer in Big-Medium Size & keep them at room temperature.

After 30 Minutes, take a bowl, add 3 Table Spoon Dahi in it with 3 Table Spoon Besan, 2 Table Spoon Mustard Oil, 1 Table Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Ajwain, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1 Table Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 4 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder & 1 Teaspoon Salt in it & mix them properly.

Then add place live charcoal in it with 1 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it, close the lid & let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

After 5-10 minutes, take out live charcoal from it but pour the desi ghee in marination & mix it properly.

Then add chopped paneer cubes in it, mix them properly & gently.

Now keep the marinated paneer in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

After 1-2 minutes, roast them on skewers on all sides till they turn golden brown in colour or take a pan, add 2-3 Table Spoon oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add marinated paneer cubes in it & roast them for all sides for 3-4 minutes till they turn golden brown in olour.

After 3-4 minutes, when. they turn golden brown in colour, turn off the flame & take them out in a bowl.

Chop Capsicum, Tomatoes, Green Chillies roughly in medium size pieces.

Now take a katori, add 1 Cup Dahi in it with 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 4 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder in it & mix them properly.

Now take a Kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When ghee gets heated up, add All Khade Masale & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add roughly chopped capsicum, green chillies & 1 Table Spoon Ginger Paste in it & cook them till they turn light golden brown in colour.

After 3-4 minutes, when they turn light golden brown in colour, add 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & mix it properly.

Then add roughly chopped tomatoes in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt & 8-9 Kaju Pieces in it & mix them properly.

Now close the lid & cook them for 10-12 minutes till they turn translucent & mushy.

After 10-12 minutes, when they turn translucent & mushy, turn off the flame & transfer the mixture in a plate & let it cool down properly.

After some time, blend the mixture finely into puree in mixer grinder.

Now strain the puree through strainer to make it more smooth.

Now again take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

When ghee gets heated up, add 1 Pinch Hing & spices mixed dahi & leftover marination in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 3-4 minutes, till they start releasing oil.

After 3-4 minutes, when oil is completely released, add finely blended & strained mixture puree in it & mix it properly.

Now let the gravy boil.

When gravy start boiling, add roasted paneer cubes in it with 1 Small Cube Butter, 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Table Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

Now cook them for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
