Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh malai paneer cut into pieces
  2. 1small diced capsicum
  3. 2fresh tomatoes
  4. 1small piece ginger
  5. 1 tablespooncorinder powder
  6. 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoonkashmiri chilli powder for colour
  8. 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  9. 1 tablespoonoil..u can use more and butter
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 2 tablespoonscurd
  12. 1 tablespoonmelon seeds...u can use cashew
  13. 1 tablespoonkasoori methi
  14. 2green chilles
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First grind tomatoes,adrak And two green chilles and melon seeds to a fine paste

    Heat a pan..Add one tablespoon of oil or butter.. I used very little oil...u can add more..Add cumin seeds And now fry the paste of tomato till the raw smell disappears

    Add the dry spices lke haldi powder chilli powder and kashmiri red chilli powder for colour And corinder powder...Now add two tablespoons of curd and mix it well...Add capsicum diced and cook further

    Now add garam masala powder salt and kasoori methi and cook for another five minutes...Add the fresh malai paneer and cook for 5 minutes..

    Off the gas and garnish with corinder leaves and serve hot with rice or chappati or rotis 😎
