Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  2. 4 spooncurd
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 10-12kaju (paste)
  5. 2 spooncream or fresh malai
  6. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 spooncoriander powder
  8. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. 4 tsprefined oil
  12. 2 tspghee
  13. 1 tspkasoori methi
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. 1 tspGinger paste
  16. as neededFresh coriander leaves chopped
  17. 1 tspgaram masala
  18. 2big tomato puree

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat oil and ghee add cumin seeds when cumin seeds sprinkle than add ginger paste or bay leaf. turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli saute well.

    Now add tomato puree fry for 2 minutes until oil come out add cashew paste add curd fry for 5 second, add milk saute for 2 minutes.

    Add cream or malai or sugar mix well Now add cube shape paneer or salt add little water. Cook for 5 Minute. Pour kasoori methi mix well. Add garam masala garnish with coriander leaves.
