  1. 500 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 10-12cashews(soak with milk)paste
  4. 3tomatoes (paste)
  5. 1bay leaf,
  6. 1cinnamon,
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspcardamom powder,
  9. masalas-
  10. 2-3 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli,
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder,
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. as per taste,salt
  16. 3 tspbutter
  17. as neededdried kasuri methi
  18. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat a kadhai add butter then add bay leaf,cumin seeds,cinnamon stick saute it

    Then add tomato puree...cook for a while

    Add black pepper powder,cardamom powder mix it and cook for a while

    Add cashew paste and milk stir it well and cook for a min

  5. 5

    Add masalas- coriander powder,turmeric powder and red chilli powder,sugar,salt,dried kasuri methi,mix it well and cook for a while

    Add cubes cut paneer....slightly mix it and add 1cup water,garam masala.......close the lid and cook for a min

  7. 7

    Its ready
