  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 2 cupschopped methi leaves
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 8-10cashews
  5. 1capsicum chopped
  6. 1 Spoonjeera
  7. 2cloves
  8. 1cardamoms

  11. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 spoonchilli powder
  13. 1 Spoongaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 tsp oil adds jeera, cashews, cloves, and cardamom add chopped tomatoes and capsicum, and saute it till tomatoes are soft cool it, and grind to paste.

    Heat oil in Kadhai add chopped methi leaves and saute it till dry, then add prepared cashew paste, turmeric powder, salt, and chilli powder, and give it a good mix.

  3. 3

    Add garam masala mix and cook for another few seconds and it's ready to Serve with roti/chapati/rice
