Matar paneer without onion garlic

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMatar
  2. 250 gPaneer   (cut into cubes)
  3. 3-4 tbspOil
  4. 1/2 tspJeera
  5. 1 spring Curry leaves
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  9. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  10. 2 tbspPaneer Masala
  11. 1/2 tspKitchen king masala
  12. 1-1/2 cupTomato puree
  13. 1/2 cupWater
  14. 1/2 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok. Add jeera and curry leaves. Let it splutter for a min. Add paneer cubes and fry for few mins. Add matar and fry for 5-10 min. Add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, paneer masala and kitchen king masala. Mix it well.

    Add tomato puree and mix well. Keep cooking till the raw smell of tomatoes are gone and it becomes thick. And matar paneer gets well coated. Add water and mix well. Cook for 10 mins. Add garam masala and mix well.

    Serve hot with chapati or nan.
