Pork Udon Noodles Pork Udon Noodles
The udon I ate at a restaurant was so delicious that I wanted to try recreating it.For the dashi, you can use iriko dashi or iriko and konbu. The pork is well-seasoned, so it's best if the dashi is a seasoned lightly. Also, pork that is high in fat is more flavorful, but use what you prefer. Recipe by Ojoman cookpad.japan -

Szechwan Noodles Szechwan Noodles
Looking for something to use some pork in. Ran into a couple recipes, sort of combined and used ingredients I had. Turned out real nice. Could have been spicier for me, I didn't think as stated here, it was spicy at all. Pretty filling though. Not difficult, not very time consuming. If you don't have the Schezwan pepper corns, just ignore that part. Also, other types of meat or tofu even could be used. Don't limit yourself! Fo Fa -
