Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 2 cupsYellow garri
  3. 10 piecesPomo
  4. 6Red pepper
  5. 1Onion
  6. 2Smoked fish
  7. 1full cup Red oil
  8. 2 cubesStock
  9. 1 cupCrayfish
  10. Full bunch Vegetable

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the okro with onion and whisk.boil the pomo with onion and salt boil till is tender.

    Add more water to pomo and red oil let it boil round,put in crayfish,red pepper,salt and stock cubes boil it for 10minutes.

  3. 3

    Rinse and remove the bones from the smoked fish add to it.after 5minutes pour in the okro.stir very well and pour in vegetable stir and bring down.

  4. 4

    Boil water pour in a bowl and sprinkle garri in it.stir with spartula and serve.
