    Parboil meat and remove fat. Drain stock and set aside.

    Put little oil in pan on heat, add little tomato paste(my tomato paste consist of pepper and onions), keep stirring till its dry, add seasoning, ginger, garlic, nutmeg and stir.

    Add beef and keep stirring till dried and crispy.
