#adamawastate swiss roll is a type of sponge cake filled with whipped cream or chocolate
Cooking Instructions

Seperate egg yolks and egg whites

Add cream of tartar to the egg white and beat till stif peak

Add sugar to eggs yolk and beat for 3 mins. Then add in milk and oil and mix and finally the vanilla essence and mix well

Then add in the flour to the egg yolk mixture and mix well

Then fold in the egg white in to the egg yolk mixture till completely blended and pour in your lined baking tray and bake for 15 mins

After talking is out roll immediately and set aside and prepare your whipped cream or chocolate ganache

Unroll the swiss roll and put your mixture and roll is back. Pour your mixture ontop of the Swiss roll and decorate. Enjoy!
